Escrow Agent Services

Finline provides independent escrow agent services for a variety of transactions; including holding a purchase price in trust, securities transactions, merger & acquisition, real estate or other business transactions. Funds are received and paid to the qualified party in accordance with defined contractual conditions. Finline provides its clients with individual escrow accounts and agreements especially adapted to the respective transaction and is therefore able to act on behalf of and in the interest of both contractual parties. Finline acts as an independent escrow agent and has no conflict of interest.

 

Escrow Agent Fees

There is a minimum set up fee to act as escrow agent, plus a percentage of the amount in escrow. This percentage will vary depending on a number of factors including; the complexity, volume, duration and value of transactions.  All expenses (such as bank charges) arising in connection with the escrow agent account services are reimbursed to Finline upon presentation of the relevant documents.
